Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
